Our center follows the Vaishnava tradition of meditation and the congregational chanting, promoting a happy and peaceful lifestyle. The center's main focus is helping others achieve tranquility through these powerful practices.

Connect your body (yoga asanas), mind (gyan yoga) and soul  (bhakti yoga) through physical postures.

Mantra Meditation

Join our mantra meditation sessions that we practice regularly or ask one of the mentors to explain you about the benefits of mantra meditation.

Through music and sound we can feel our most sublime energies. By chanting and singing mantras we become blissful and peaceful. 

Spiritual Books

Our library includes Vedic books written by the most qualified teachers of the most ancient traditions.

In the most hospitable homes of India there is a saying:
"Atithi Devo Bhava"  which means "the guest is divine". This is also our moto in Mantra Central.
